Frank Vogel praised LeBron James for being a true leader for the Los Angeles Lakers throughout the 2019/20 season.
The head coach of the Lakers said the ‘greatest sign’ of James’ leadership is his support of the coach.
“He’s been invaluable in terms of buy-in. His support of me has meant everything for our group. That’s the greatest sign of a leader — one that supports a coach,” Vogel said, via Anthony Slater of The Athletic.
Vogel is getting ready for his first trip to the NBA Finals, whereas James will make his 10th appearance in the NBA Finals.
The Lakers, who return to the NBA Finals for the first time since 2010, will now face the Miami Heat or the Boston Celtics.
