Jayson Tatum of the Boston Celtics is turning into a star. The 22-year-old forward has been voted to the All-NBA Third Team.

According to a Western Conference executive, Tatum has already been a better player than the Los Angeles Clippers superstar Paul George.

Per Michael Scotto of HoopsHype:

“He’s a two-way player who’s better than Paul George,” a Western Conference executive told HoopsHype. “He can get to the basket, shoot three-pointers off the dribble, and he guards the best perimeter player.”

Tatum averaged 23.4 points, 7 rebounds and 3 assists during the regular season. He and the Celtics are currently battling the Heat in the Eastern Conference Finals.

Meanwhile, George averaged 21.5 points, 5.7 rebounds and 3.9 assists for the Clippers. He was criticized for his poor playoffs performances.
