Frank Vogel believes the Lakers have still plenty of work to do to eliminate the Denver Nuggets and advance to the NBA Finals.
The head coach of the Lakers said the Nuggets are ‘a nightmare to guard’.
“It’s a 48-minute game, leads mean nothing against this team. They’re a nightmare to guard,” Vogel told reporters, via the Lakers Nation.
Vogel and the Lakers survived Game 2, thanks to Anthony Davis’ winning three-pointer at the buzzer.
Los Angeles leads the series 2-0. Game 3 is on Tuesday.
