Kawhi Leonard had 28 points for the Clippers, but it wasn’t enough to defeat the Lakers. The Purple & Gold recorded a narrow win, 103-101. After the game, the two-time NBA champion shared his thoughts on the loss.

“We’re still kind of figuring it out. It was a good game. We still had fun out there. Was great to be back on the floor… We can’t turn the ball over that much,” Leonard said, per Tomer Azarly of ClutchPoints.

The Clippers and Lakers are 2-2 this season. This loss, though, complicates the Clippers’ chances of catching the Lakers in Western Conference standings.

With 6.5 games back, the Clippers need a perfect performance in the remaining seven seeding games. Not only that, the Lakers would have to lose their remaining games too.
