NBA analyst and longtime college basketball and NBA player Jalen Rose and former Grantland writer and podcaster David Jacoby react to big man Anthony Davis saying the Los Angeles Lakers point forward LeBron James has a “good argument” to win NBA MVP.

They also weigh in on how important this postseason run is for the NBA’s reigning MVP Giannis Antetokounmpo and the Milwaukee Bucks:

In 57 games so far this season, Antetokounmpo is averaging 29.6 points, 13.7 rebounds, 1.0 steal, 1.0 block and 5.8 assists per game, while shooting at 54.7% from the field.

Meanwhile, James is averaging 25.7 points, 7.9 rebounds, 1.2 steals, 0.4 blocks and 10.6 assists per game, while shooting at 49.8% from the floor in 60 games.
