Quin Snyder fully supports Mike Conley in case the latter is forced to leave the NBA ”bubble” due to the birth of his child.
The head coach of the Utah Jazz said Conley should prioritize family and the ‘gift’ of a new child, adding ‘there are things in our life that trump games’.
“I hope we’re without him for as long as heeds to prioritize what is a gift. … Not to diminish the playoffs or the games in any way, but there’s things in our life that trump games,” Snyder said, via Eric Walden of The Salt Lake Tribune.
Conley’s child is expected to be born on August 27.
