Many veteran players are already considering joining the Golden State Warriors next season, according to Shams Charania of The Athletic.

The Warriors had the worst record this season (15-50), yet they are expected to return to the title picture next year, with Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson and Draymond Green back in the lineup.

“They’re going to look hard at guys like Anthony Edwards. They’re going to look hard at maybe packaging the pick. I don’t think they’re going to rule that out either.

You’re looking at a veteran team, and there’s already some veteran free agents that are looking at the Warriors. They’re looking at them gearing up and loading back up. You have Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green back healthy. Now you’ve got [Andrew] Wiggins.

They need a center, they need another maybe wing or guard coming off the bench, but other than that, this team is going to be geared up and loaded to go,” Charania said as a guest of Complex’s Load Management podcast on Tuesday, via Brian Witt of NBC Sports.
