The Cleveland Cavaliers want to be part of the return of the NBA, despite having the second-worst record in the NBA, per Chris Fedor of Cleveland.com.

According to Fedor, the Cavaliers are in favor of a return-to-play format that includes all 30 teams going to Florida and being able to resume the season.

The Cavs were at 19-46 prior to the NBA suspension.
