Representatives from the National Basketball Players Association have begun texting NBA players to find out whether or not they want to try to play out the remainder of the 2019/20 season.

That is according to NBA insider Adrian Wojnarowski, who reports the union is trying to gauge the general feeling of the players in the league.

The season was suspended on March 11 as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic and, while commissioner Adam Silver is no closer to making a decision as it pertains to a potential resumption, it appears the union at least wants to know players’ thoughts on it.
