Former NBA champion Kendrick Perkins had his own to say about the Michael Jordan – LeBron James comparison. In a tweet, Perk pointed out that the Los Angeles Lakers superstar is facing much higher expectations than the Bulls legend.
According to him, people expect LeBron to win and if he doesn’t then he gets criticized while Jordan is praised even when his team loses.
“The expectations of Bron is like nothing we’ve ever seen in NBA history. If Bron scores 63 and 49 in a series and gets swept, every sports network is talking about his inability to get it done, while MJ is getting praised and awarded player of the game in losses,” Perkins tweeted.
