Enes Kanter believes that the Boston Celtics have a chance to win the title should the season return. The NBA is currently on pause due to the coronavirus pendemic.

“We are competitors man, so we want to go out there and finish the season,” Kanter said, as transcribed by Adam Himmelsbach of The Boston Globe. “Especially, like, it’s crazy — we actually have a really good chance to go out there and win a championship.”

The Celtics were the no.3 seed in the East at the time the league decided to suspend the season. As a result, Boston could hope for a good run in the playoffs as indicated by Kanter.

The veteran center was averaging 8 points and 7 rebounds per 17.5 minutes per contest shooting 56% from the field.
