New basketball based interactive digital game, ‘10 Minute Madness‘, has been launched by Euroleague sponsor and Europe’s largest sportsbook, Bwin.

Bwin are the world’s largest listed online gaming company with a particular enthusiasm for online sports betting. In an attempt to appeal to basketball fans away from the sidelines, this newly launched game offers players the chance to predict game events for each quarter including scorers, final scores, the winning team and more.

Using a points system, players are then able to win exciting prizes guaranteed to appeal to all basketball fans such as VIP courtside tickets, signed jerseys, season match tickets and tickets for the Euroleague Final Four in London in addition to an array of merchandise.

Head of Sponsorship & Events at Bwin, Daniele Sano, said: “Our aim is to bring the courtside thrill of Euroleague into the living rooms of our customers. 10 Minute Madness’ inspired use of second screen technology means fans are constantly involved in the action, with a stake in the outcome of each and every play. As we have already shown with our Playbook iPad app, our approach is to bring real added value to our partnership with Euroleague and make a meaningful and longstanding connection with fans.”

Roser Queraltó, Chief Business Development Officer at Euroleague Basketball, was equally as enthusiastic about the launch of the new digital game, saying: “This is another great example of Bwin bringing something new to the Euroleague experience, enhancing the action for dedicated fans everywhere.”

The free play game has been optimised for play on iOS and Android Tablet and smartphone devices but is also available across an array of platforms with internet access. Fans can take the game even further by discussing play on Twitter, #Makeyourplay, with other fans and even chatting to their favourite players.
