LA Clippers star Lou Williams shared his thoughts on the team’s potential and the additions of Marcus Morris and Reggie Jackson.

Here is what the versatile guard told reporters ahead of the clash with the LA Lakers on Sunday (08/03):

On the Clippers talent: “We’re just talented. We just have a bunch of guys that can play the game and everybody is on the same page and building chemistry. That’s the most important part. We’re just a super talented team.”

On playing with everybody in the line-up: “We’re 6-0 with our whole team. I think we’re starting to build some momentum, we’re starting to put some pretty good games together and just understanding what the end goal is. We’re playing good basketball.”

On what Marcus and Reggie bring to the team: “Toughness. A lot of toughness. Two cerebral basketball players that know how to play the game. They play hard, they play tough and just give us two more talented guys to go along with what we had already…I think I’ve played pretty well this year. I’m right in line where I’ve probably been in the past few seasons.”

The Clippers are second in the Western Conference with a 43-19 record, five games behind the Lakers (47-13).
