Los Angeles Lakers head coach Frank Vogel talked about the recent waiving of DeMarcus Cousins. The center was cut to free up space for Markieff Morris. But, Cousins is not fully parting ways with the Lakers.
Vogel revealed that despite being waived by the Lakers, Cousins will remain with the team as he continues his rehabilitation. However, he will not be travelling with the team and will not be on the bench during games.
It’s been reported that Cousins and the Lakers have mutual interest in reuniting in summer.
