Boston Celtics guard Jaylen Brown reached a milestone in his team’s 102-118 victory over the Toronto Raptors on Christmas Day.
Brown finished the game with 30 points and led his team past the defending champions. The versatile guard and Kemba Walker combined for 52 points for the winners and also became the first pair of teammates to each hit five 3-pointers on Christmas Day.
Brown also made history, as he surpassed the legendary Bill Russell and became the youngest player in the Celtics history to post 30 points on Christmas Day.
Brown (23-years, 62-days old) surpassed Russell by 619 days.
