In the opening game of Christmas Day, Jaylen Brown and Kemba Walker led the Boston Celtics past the Toronto Raptors (102-118).

The impressive duo combined for 52 points, as Brown scored 30 points (10/13 shooting), while Walker added 22.

Brown and Walker also became the first pair of teammates to each hit five 3-pointers on Christmas Day.

The Celtics dominated just about all aspects of the game and improved to 21-7. On the other hand, the Raptors dropped to 21-10.

This was the first Christmas Day NBA game played in Canada.
