Thomas Heurtel will not play in the 2019 Basketball World Cup, as announced by the Basketball Federation of France on Wednesday (07/08).
The French guard sustained a knee injury and underwent medical tests in Barcelona, which showed a problem with the patellar tendon.
Therefore, he will remain out of action for several weeks and will not be medically cleared for the tournament.
