He started his career with Blu Basket Gruppo Remer Treviglio and also played for AX Armani Exchange Olimpia Milan’s junior team before joining Trento in 2014. He helped Trento reach the EuroCup semifinals in 2016 and the Italian League finals in 2017 and 2018.

Flaccadori is also a member of the Italian national team. He helped Italy win the 2014 Albert Schweitzer tournament, averaging 16.9 points in seven games. He is set to make his Turkish Airlines EuroLeague debut with Bayern next season.
