Per Chema de Lucas, Nikola Mirotic is expected to become the highest-paid athlete in the EuroLeague.
According to the Spanish journalist, Mirotic’s gross salary will be nine million euros (net salary of around five million euros) per year, making him the highest-paid athlete in the EuroLeague.
The 28-year-old forward joined Barcelona on a three-year deal, with an option to remain with the Catalans for another season (3+1).
