Unics Kazan president Evgeny Bogachev stated the Russian club will apply for a wild card in the 2019/2020 EuroLeague.

Here is what the boss of the Russian club told Izvestia:

“We will apply for a EuroLeague wild card. And it’s difficult to say if they will make a choice in our favor. Much depends on the outcome of the German League.

If Unics doesn’t play in EuroLeague then the team will compete in EuroCup. We signed an agreement that in any case we will play in one of the EuroLeague tournaments next season. We refused to participate in the FIBA Champions League.”
