Per Marc Stein, the Cleveland Cavaliers were granted permission from the San Antonio Spurs to interview Ettore Messina and Ime Udoka for the vacant head coaching position.
Messina joined San Antonio in 2014 and has been working alongside Gregg Popovich since then.
