Sergio Llull’s agent, Ernest Berenguer, referred to the possibility of his client joining the Houston Rockets and playing in the NBA.

Here is what he told NBA Spain:
“Since he was drafted, every summer (the Rockets) try to incorporate Sergio Llull, it happens every summer, they never stop trying to make him join the team.
Daryl Morey and Gersson Rosas are those who have always conveyed their interest and desire for Llull to join Houston. Both are in constant contact and try to convince him.
It is evident that he is a winner and a born leader, which is why the more prominence he has, the better for him. Maybe this is one of the reasons why he has not made the jump to the NBA, even though in Real Madrid he gains less money that he could make in Houston.”
