Mike James was tremendous offensively and helped Armani Milano beat Zalgiris Kaunas at home (80-70).

The American guard scored nine points and dished two assists in the final five minutes of the game to lead his team to the win.

James finished with 20 points and nine assists, as Dairis Bertans and Vladimir Micov added 17 points apiece.

Nate Wolters (17 points), Paulius Jankunas (14 points) and Brandon Davies (13 points) were the best players of the losing squad.

The hosts made a great start (18-8), but the visitors reacted and cut the deficit to one at halftime (34-33).

The Lithuanians led by one early in the fourth quarter (57-58), yet the Italians turned things around and closed the game on a 23-12 run to seal the deal and also claim the tie-breaker.

Armani Milano improved to 9-11, whereas Zalgiris Kaunas dropped to 8-12.
