Armani Milano and Malcolm Delaney stunned FC Barcelona (73-75) and ended the Catalans’ undefeated home streak in the EuroLeague.

The Italians stood tall and came back from a 10-point, third-quarter deficit to win the game. Outscoring their opponents 19-28 in the fourth quarter, they emerged victorious and maintained a top four push.

Malcolm Delaney scored 14 of his 15 points in the second half, while also made a clutch three-pointer late in the game. For their part, the “Blaugrana” missed a chance to clinch a big home victory. A 26-13 run in the third quarter let them take control, but couldn’t maintain their momentum.

Nicolas Laprovittola had the chance to win the game for the hosts, but missed the three-pointer at the buzzer. FC Barcelona lost for the first time at home (8-1) and dropped to 15-4. Yet, they remained on top of the standings. On the contrary, Armani improved to 11-6 and is a step away from the top four.

Fenerbahce outscored Olympiacos 58-41 in the second half and cruised to an easy home victory (94-80). It was a tough battle in the first half, with the “Reds” leading by three at halftime (36-39). Yet, the Turks took over in the rest of the game and relied on their offense to clinch the victory.

Fenerbahce climbed to 8-10 in the standings, whereas Olympiacos fell to 12-6, but remained third on the table.

Bayern Munich put an end to a three-game losing streak, thanks to its 74-65 home win over Zalgiris Kaunas. The Bavarians took control in the third quarter and built a double-digit lead to seal the deal.

Bayern improved its record to 8-10, whereas Zalgiris remained at the bottom, with a 4-14 record. The Lithuanians have now lost four straight.

Last but not least, and amid the recent Covid-19 outbreak, EuroLeague has suspended several Round 20 and 21 games.
