Olympiacos came back from a 19-point deficit (58-39), yet Darussafaka stood tall and beat the “Reds” to put an end to a 12-game losing streak (79-75).

Thanks to a great start to the game (24-12), the hosts took control from the opening tip and led by as many as 19 points in the contest (58-39).

Since then, though, everything changed. The visitors enhanced their overall performance and went on a 19-36 run to turn things around (77-75).

Yet, Giorgos Printezis missed a crucial free throw, with 11 seconds remaining, and Toney Douglas sealed the deal for the Turks (79-75).

Douglas and Zanis Peiners led the way for the winners, with 19 and 16 points, respectively.

On the other hand, four players scored in double figures for the losing squad, as Janis Strelnieks posted 15 points.

Darussafaka improved to 2-13, whereas Olympiacos dropped to 9-6.
