Tony Crocker and Jordan Mickey led the winners with 20 points apiece, with Stefan Markovic adding 11 points, six assists and six rebounds.
Jalen Reynolds had a team-high 16 points and eight boards for the losing squad.
Khimki improved to 10-1, whereas Zenit dropped to 5-5.
