The second day of the seventh round in the EuroCup saw Lokomotiv Kuban, ALBA Berlin and Unicaja Malaga secure their place in the Top 16.

The Russians beat Limoges on the road (64-72), thanks to a 27-39 run in the second half. Lokomotiv claimed their sixth win (6-1), whereas the French team suffered its fifth defeat (2-5).

ALBA Berlin lost to Cedevita at home (102-109), yet they officially qualified to the Top-16 (5-2). On the other hand, the Croatians, who played excellent in the game (11-32, 38-61, 63-79) came one step closer to clinching their place in the Top-16 (4-3).

For their part, Unicaja Malaga (6-1) defeated Fraport Skyliners (4-3) on the road (78-84) and became the fourth team, after Lokomotiv Kuban, ALBA Berlin and Unics Kazan, which advanced to the Top-16.

In the other matches, Monaco (5-2) dominated Crvena Zvezda (4-3) in Belgrade (75-91) and climbed on top of the standings in Group A, while Zenit St Petersburg handed Andrea Trinchieri his first defeat as the head coach of Partizan (75-71).
