The Oklahoma City Thunder edged the Charlotte Hornets on the road (107-111) and claimed their third consecutive win (3-4).
Russell Westbrook came very close to the triple-double for the winners (29 points, eight rebounds, 10 assists), with Alex Abrines scoring 25 points and Dennis Schroder 21, respectively. Malik Monk and Kemba Walker posted a team-high 21 points for the losing squad.
It was a close game for three quarters, with no team being able to take a significant advantage. Yet, the Thunder outscored the Hornets 38-30 in the fourth quarter and managed to win the game.
This was the third victory in seven games for OKC (3-4), whereas Charlotte suffered their fifth defeat in nine games (4-5).
