Thanks to a strong performance in the fourth quarter, the Portland Trail Blazers beat the New Orleans Pelicans at home (132-119).

Damian Lillard had a game-high 26 points for the winners, along with seven rebounds and six assists. Jusuf Nurkic added 20 points and nine boards.

On the other hand, E’Twaun Moore scored a team-high 19 points for the losing squad, with Nikola Mirotic contributing 18 points and 13 rebounds.

The end of the third quarter saw Portland be in front by just three (102-99). New Orleans tried to remain competitive, but the hosts played very well on both ends of the floor and outscored the visitors 30-20 to cruise to the win.

This was the sixth victory for the Blazers (6-2), whereas the Pelicans, who played once again without Anthony Davis, suffered their fourth defeat in eight games (4-4).
