CSKA Moscow edged Darussafaka at home (79-75) and claimed their third straight victory to remain on top of the standings (3-0).

It was a close game between the two teams in the first quarter (19-17), but Darussafaka enhanced their performance and outscored their opponents 12-21 to end the first half in front by seven (31-38).

CSKA Moscow responded, though, and went on a 26-10 run to earn a nine-point lead at the end of the third quarter (57-48). The Turks didn’t give up and cut the deficit to four (76-72), but the Muscovites stood tall and sealed the deal.

Cory Higgins and Nikita Kurbanov led the winners in scoring, with 14 and 13 points, respectively.

Michael Eric and Stanton Kidd had 15 points apiece for the losing squad, with Ray McCallum contributing 14 points.
