New York Knicks guard Miles McBride says he is prepared to take on additional responsibility if OG Anunoby is unavailable moving forward in the series against the Philadelphia 76ers.

With Anunoby’s injury status still uncertain, McBride acknowledged he would feel comfortable stepping into a larger role if the coaching staff asks him to do so.

“I feel like the coaching staff trusts me, I know my teammates trust me and I trust myself overall,” the player said. “So if that happens, I know I’ll be ready.”

McBride has played 5 seasons for the Knicks. He has averaged 7.1 points in 277 regular-season games.
