After signing off on his international duty, Juan Carlos Navarro has landed a new contract with Barcelona that will keep him in Catalonia for the rest of his career.

Navarro will continue playing for Barca in the upcoming season and after 2017/2018 season, the club and himself will agree on whether he will continue as a player or assume a new role within the organisation.

The 37-year-old debuted for Barcelona in 1997, he is a two-time EuroLeague winner (2003, 2010), an eight-time ACB champion and six-time Copa Del Rey winner.

As an international, Navarro has captured ten medals in 17 years with the Spanish national side.
