Norris Cole, Pierre Jackson arrive in Holy Land
With Eurobasket Group B in Tel Aviv taking the attention of Israeli hoop fanatics, Norris Cole and Pierre Jackson slipped though the back door when they arrived in Israel as Maccabi FOX Tel Aviv began their training camp.
Maccabi have not impacted the EuroLeague the way they did when they won the competition in 2014. Last season, they did not make the Playoffs and this off-season, they have made radical changes in order to change their luck around.
Jason Thompson arrives in Istanbul
Fenerbahce’s newest acquisition Jason Thompson arrived in Istanbul on Saturday to begin his preparations for the new EuroLeague and Turkish league season.
“I am very excited, I received so much love from Fenerbahce supporters from the day I signed,” said Thompson who is going to be the new starting center for the EuroLeague champions.
