Poland have announced their final roster ahead of Eurobasket, which begins next week.

Andy Mazurczak was the final player to be released from contention, despite being in the training squad from the start and appearing in the Poles’ last two games against the Czech Republic.

Mazurczak though registered DNP’s on the statsheet and his fate was ultimately decided from there.

“Andy made a great first impression this summer and we can not wait to see him grow,” said Poland coach Mike Taylor.

“It will be great to watch his play in my former team at Chemnitz. We wish him a special season and look forward for his future in the Polish national team.”

Poland’s final roster:

Michal Sokolovski, Aaron Cel, A.J. Slaughter, Damian Kulig, Przemyslav Zamojski, Mateusz Ponitka, Adam Waczynski, Lukasz Koszarek, Tomasz Gielo, Przemyslaw Karnowski, Karol Gruszecki and Adam Hrycaniuk.
