Anthony Randolph has extended his contract with Real Madrid, the club have announced.

According to various reports in the Spanish media, the 27-year-old inked a three-year extension to his contract with an opt-out clause for each year.

“Real Madrid CF and Anthony Randolph have agreed to extend the player’s contract, who will be linked to the club for next season,” the club’s press release said.

Randolph averaged 10.2 points, 5.1 rebounds and 1.1 blocks in 34 EuroLeague games last season, helping Madrid reach the Final Four. He also lifted the Spanish Copa del Rey trophy with Madrid last season, his first with his current team.

However, he missed out on the domestic double at the end of the season with Valencia toppling them in the Liga Endesa finals.
