Kristaps Porzingis will remain with the Golden State Warriors after agreeing to a new two-year, $40 million contract.

Golden State acquired Porzingis from the Hawks before last season’s trade deadline, and the veteran big man will now stay with the franchise on a multiyear deal.

In 15 games with the Warriors, Porzingis averaged 16.1 points, 5.3 rebounds, and 2.3 assists in 23.7 minutes per contest.

While he continued to provide scoring and floor spacing, he shot 31.1 percent from three-point range during his stint with Golden State.

The Warriors have also retained veteran center Al Horford this offseason, giving the team additional frontcourt experience heading into the 2026-27 campaign.
