Free agent center Branden Carlson has agreed to a one-year, $2.5 million contract with the Portland Trail Blazers, according to ESPN.

The 7-footer spent the past two seasons developing within the Thunder organization and now earns an opportunity to join Portland’s frontcourt rotation.

The deal was finalized between the Trail Blazers and Carlson’s representatives, Ross Aroyo and Mark Bartelstein of Priority Sports, bringing the former Oklahoma City big man to Portland for the 2026-27 season.
