The San Diego Clippers have acquired former lottery pick Cam Reddish from the Spurs, trading a 2027 first-round G League pick to Austin, sources confirmed via NBA insider Jake Fischer on Wednesday. Reddish will join Los Angeles’ affiliate club as he looks to return to U.S. professional basketball.
Reddish, 26, left Lithuanian club Siauliai in December after joining the team in September, citing personal reasons. During his brief overseas stint, he averaged 14.7 points, 3.8 rebounds, and 1.4 assists in 26:23 minutes per game, shooting 50.9% from two and 27.1% from three.
Previously, Reddish spent two seasons with the Los Angeles Lakers, averaging 3.2 points in 17.9 minutes over 33 games in 2024-25. He has also played for Atlanta, New York, and Portland, posting career NBA averages of 8.5 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 1.2 assists across six seasons.
The move gives Reddish a platform to showcase his athleticism and scoring ability in the G League while providing the Clippers’ affiliate with a potential rotational wing. Teams seeking depth heading into the playoff stretch could monitor his development closely.
