Cleveland Cavaliers floor general Darius Garland has suffered another foot injury during a matchup against the Philadelphia 76ers on Wednesday night.

Garland was ruled out of the game late in the third quarter after hurting his right foot diving for a loose ball.

The All-Star guard already had surgery in June on the injured left big toe that restricted him during the Cavaliers’ exit from the previous postseason.

Meanwhile, Cleveland head coach Kenny Atkinson did not have much of an update when asked after the win, but might be “doubtful” for their rematch in Philadelphia on Friday.

“I don’t think it’s great for [the] next game, but I can’t tell you right now…what this looks like longer term,” Atkinson said.

Garland averaged 17.9 points per game this game, coming off a slow start as he just recovered from foot surgery.
