Milwaukee Bucks forward Giannis Antetokounmpo has been cleared by management to play for Greece at the upcoming FIBA Olympic Qualifying Tournament next month.

Despite the Bucks’ wishes for Antetokounmpo to rest up this summer, the 21-year-old is determined to help Greece qualify for the Olympics in Rio this summer.

The man with a freakish wingspan of 7’3″ released an Instagram picture, announcing his proud decision.

Greece have a favourable draw for the Olympic Qualifying Tournament, which runs from July 4-10. They will play Mexico and Iran in their group with the top two advancing to the semi-finals.
