The Miami Heat and San Antonio Spurs will face off Thursday at Frost Bank Center, with both teams dealing with significant injury concerns. Tipoff is scheduled for 8:30 PM ET.

Miami will be without Tyler Herro, who is sidelined with a left ankle injury requiring surgery. Rookie Kasparas Jakucionis is also out due to a right groin strain, while Norman Powell is listed as doubtful with a right groin issue. Nikola Jovic remains questionable with a right hip contusion, and Terry Rozier is not with the team amid an unpaid leave related to a federal gambling investigation.

The Heat have started the season 3-1, with Powell leading the team in scoring at 24.0 points per game through three contests. Bam Adebayo is averaging 21.0 points and 9.0 rebounds, while Jaime Jaquez Jr. has contributed 18.8 points and 6.3 rebounds per game.

The Spurs enter Thursday’s matchup undefeated at 4-0 but will also be missing several key players. De’Aaron Fox is out with a right hamstring strain, and Luke Kornet is sidelined with a left ankle sprain. Kelly Olynyk is recovering from left heel surgery, Jeremy Sochan has a left wrist sprain, and Lindy Waters III is out following a bilateral eye procedure.

Victor Wembanyama has been the driving force for San Antonio this season, averaging 31.0 points, 13.8 rebounds, and 4.8 blocks per game. Stephon Castle is contributing 18.3 points and 6.0 assists, while Devin Vassell adds 16.8 points and 3.5 rebounds per game.
