Turkey, Germany, Greece, and France topped their respective groups, while defending champion Spain was eliminated after finishing fifth in Group C.

Germany dominated Group B, finishing with a +164 point differential across five games. Lithuania and Finland followed, while Sweden claimed the last ticket through a tiebreaker over Montenegro and Great Britain.
Group C saw Greece and Italy both finish 4–1, with Greece taking first place after winning their head-to-head meeting. Bosnia and Herzegovina advanced as third, while Georgia grabbed fourth after a key win over Spain.
France emerged from Group D with a 4–1 record. Poland, Slovenia, and Israel all ended at 3–2, with head-to-head results determining their positions. Belgium and Iceland failed to advance.
With the bracket finalized, the knockout stage begins September 6 at the Xiaomi Arena in Riga. Lithuania will face Latvia in a Baltic rivalry, while Turkey takes on Sweden.
Germany opens its campaign against Portugal, and Serbia draws Finland in another marquee Round of 16 clash.
On September 7, Greece plays Israel, Poland meets Bosnia and Herzegovina, Italy faces Slovenia, and France takes on Georgia.
The winners advance to the quarterfinals, where matchups will be determined by bracket progression. The semifinals are scheduled for September 12, with the final and third-place game on September 14.
Potential quarterfinal matchups are already shaping up. The winner of Lithuania vs. Latvia could meet the Greece vs. Israel victor, while Germany vs. Portugal may clash with the Italy vs. Slovenia winner. Turkey or Sweden would face the Poland vs. Bosnia and Herzegovina victor, and Serbia or Finland could play the France vs. Georgia winner.
