According to Marc Stein of The Stein Line, Chris Quinn of the Miami Heat and Jordan Ott of the Cleveland Cavaliers are both expected to advance to the next stage in the Phoenix Suns’ ongoing search for a new head coach.

As part of this next phase, both candidates are set to meet in person with team owner Mat Ishbia.

Newly appointed general manager Brian Gregory has already conducted preliminary meetings with several coaching prospects, including Sean Sweeney and Johnnie Bryant.

Meanwhile, Oklahoma City Thunder assistant coach Dave Bliss was also scheduled to interview with Gregory, but did not attend due to his team’s preparations for the upcoming NBA Finals.

Franchise cornerstone Devin Booker has reportedly been involved in the interview process as well, highlighting the Suns’ desire to include key players in shaping the team’s future leadership.
