South Carolina forward Collin Murray-Boyles has declared for the 2025 NBA Draft, sharing the news via Instagram and confirming it to ESPN’s Jonathan Givony. While he still has the option to return to college, his statements suggest he’s ready to go pro.

“This is exactly how I envisioned my college journey,” Murray-Boyles said. “South Carolina believed in me and let me lead.”

After a breakout freshman year, Murray-Boyles elevated his game as a sophomore, averaging 16.8 points, 8.3 rebounds and contributing on both ends of the floor. He shot nearly 59% from the field and appeared in 32 games.

Ranked No. 10 in ESPN’s latest mock draft, he’s praised for his toughness, basketball IQ, and defensive impact. Givony compared him to Draymond Green due to his versatility and intensity.

“I’m not flashy, but I know how to win,” Murray-Boyles told ESPN. “I take pride in defense, effort, and making my team better.”
