Sabonis sustained the injury just one minute into Sacramento’s win over the Houston Rockets on Saturday. He exited the game immediately and did not return, dealing a major blow to the Kings as they fight for playoff positioning in the Western Conference.

The three-time All-Star has been one of the most consistent contributors for Sacramento this season. He is averaging 19.5 points, 14.1 rebounds, and 6.2 assists in 35.2 minutes per game, serving as the focal point of the Kings’ offense.
