LeBron James and his son Bronny James are fighting back against a lawsuit filed over a 2022 car crash. The superstar duo is adamantly denying any involvement in wrongdoing, according to TMZ.
The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles County on October 22, 2024, alleges that LeBron and Bronny were responsible for a car accident on November 13, 2022. The plaintiffs, April Almanza Lopez and Kiara Rae McGillen, claim the crash caused injuries requiring medical attention.
In legal documents obtained by TMZ Sports, the James family denied all the allegations in the lawsuit, stating that they were not at fault. Both LeBron and Bronny have refuted each and every accusation in the complaint.
According to Lopez and McGillen, the car accident led to physical injuries and significant damage to their vehicle. They also claimed that the vehicle’s value depreciated due to the crash.
The plaintiffs are seeking compensation for the alleged injuries and damages caused by the accident. However, the James family maintains their innocence, and they are prepared to fight the claims in court.
