AS Monaco has extended the contract of guard Matthew Strazel, securing him through the 2026-27 season.
Strazel, 22, averaged 4.4 points and 1.8 rebounds in 17 EuroLeague games last season. His new deal reflects Monaco’s confidence in his potential and contributions.
This summer, Strazel earned a silver medal with the French national team at the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
Since joining Monaco from LDLC ASVEL Villeurbanne in 2022, Strazel has learned from key players, including EuroLeague’s all-time top scorer, Mike James.
