Theo Maledon is leaving the NBA to rejoin LDLC ASVEL, marking his return to the French club.
Maledon, 23, began his professional career with ASVEL, making his EuroLeague debut and helping the team secure the French Cup and Championship in 2019.
Drafted 34th overall by the Oklahoma City Thunder in 2020, Maledon spent the past four seasons in the NBA.
The French guard has played for the Charlotte Hornets and Phoenix Suns, averaging 3.5 points, 1.4 rebounds, and 1.6 assists per game last season.
