Denver Nuggets legend Carmelo Anthony stated he wouldn’t trade his gold medals for an NBA championship, emphasizing that a medal represents something uniquely special, reflecting passion, pride, and the honor of representing a country.

“A medal means something totally different than an NBA championship… It’s the passion. It’s the pride… For a whole country,” Anthony said.
