An update has been provided on Kevin Durant’s availability for Team USA’s upcoming exhibition game against Australia.

Team USA is gearing up for their second exhibition game as part of their preparations for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games. They are scheduled to face Australia in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates.

According to Duane Rankin’s tweet, the Phoenix Suns superstar, who has been dealing with a calf injury, missed practice and is unlikely to participate in the upcoming exhibition game against Australia on Monday.

Durant had also sat out the game against Canada in Las Vegas recently. The injury occurred a couple of weeks ago despite Durant coming off his healthiest NBA season since recovering from an Achilles injury during his time with the Golden State Warriors.

In Team USA’s first exhibition game the team managed to secure a victory in Las Vegas.

This update raises concerns about Durant’s availability for the remainder of Team USA’s exhibition schedule leading up to the Olympics in Paris.
